How to Set Up Recurring Zelle Payments

1. Check Bank Compatibility

Zelle is compatible with a long list of banks and credit unions- over 2,000 banking apps, to be exact. You’ll want to search for your bank on the Zelle site to ensure you can use its services.

2. Log in to Your Banking App

Click on the name of your banking institution, and you’ll be taken directly to the website, where you can log in as you would to access online banking. On your respective platform, you can search for Zelle recurring payment options on the dashboard and enroll in the service.

Depending on your bank, there might be different Zelle payment schedules. There are options available, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, every other month, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, where you can select a specific date.8

5. Confirm and Save

It’s crucial to verify that you’ve entered the correct information and established the appropriate payment schedule. This will help prevent any issues, such as mistakenly sending payments to the wrong person or withdrawing money from an account on the wrong date.

After setting up Zelle, here is what to expect

 

  • Selected a package and proceeded to checkout.
  • You have four payment options, but you prefer the Zelle option, so you click to complete your order
  • The following steps are next.

Follow these steps on your mobile device or Pc

  •  Open the banking app associated with your Zelle account.
  • Send a payment to the email address Mcconsultant2024@gmail.com
  • In the memo or note section, include the invoice number and the amount for the package.
  • Once you have completed these steps, click “Paid.”

  • Once you click “Paid,” a pop-up will appear, informing you that we will mark the invoice as paid once we detect the payment amount in the background. This process may be instant or could take up to three hours, depending on the number of people in the queue, as it is a manual process.
  • In the meantime, please wait for an email with additional download instructions for the app and your login details.

  •  Here is an example of how an invoice appears. This particular invoice is currently marked as unpaid; however, once it is paid, the status will be updated to reflect “paid.”
